HALOBAND’s liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration. This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-HALOBAND product used in connection with a HALOBAND product. This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This Warranty covers replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at HALOBAND's discretion. This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship and failure to perform as intended.
HALOBAND warrants the following products with a TWO (2) Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty"): All products. HALOBAND has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this warranty to be five (5) years from the original date of purchase of the product from an authorized reseller. * Guaranteed for Life Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other Individual. The replacement product is only covered by a similar Guaranteed For Life Warranty, if and only if, the product being replaced was registered. Replacement of the product with a product of equal value. The replacement product is covered by a warranty for one year from the time of replacement.
